Phase 1: Secure the Property CURRENT
Goal: Raise the funds needed to purchase the 13,000 sq ft building.
How to Give:

Make a one-time gift designated for “Property Purchase.”

Become a “Founding Partner” with a larger pledge or monthly commitment.
Phase 2: Permits & Pre-Construction
Goal: Cover the costs of building permits, zoning approvals, and required inspections.
How to Give:

Donate monetarily directly to the Current Needs

Sponsor specific professional services (Heating/Cooling Systems, Fire Systems, Electrical Engineering, Architectural plans, Any type of Code Inspections).
Phase 3: Renovations & Building Upgrades
Goal: Transform the building into a safe, welcoming recovery and community center.
How to Give:

Sponsor a room or space (classroom, chapel, kitchen, library Resident Room). We will provide a full
list of spaces once we have a full count.

Provide building materials (lumber, paint, flooring) or skilled labor. **Full list to come**

Give to the “Renovation Fund” for major systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Phase 4: Furnish & Equip Every Space
Goal: Outfit bedrooms, classrooms, kitchen, craft and activity areas with furniture and equipment.
How to Give:

Purchase or donate furnishings and appliances from the Grace House wish list.

Provide gift cards or bulk items from local furniture and hardware stores.

Monetarily donate to the “Furnishings Fund.”
Phase 5: Stock Food & Essential Supplies
Goal: Fill the pantry and storage with food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies before residents arrive.
How to Give:

Host a food or toiletries drive.

Donate grocery or wholesale gift cards.

Give toward the “Resident Essentials Fund.”
Phase 6: Resident Intake & Final Touches
Goal: Prepare resident intake packages, welcome kits, and finish last-minute details for opening day.
How to Give:

Sponsor welcome kits (bedding, journals, devotionals, personal care). **Full list to come**

Help with printing costs for handbooks, binders, journals, and intake forms.

Phase 7: Open House & Community Launch
Goal: Celebrate the completion of Grace House and invite the community to see the transformation.
How to Give:

Sponsor refreshments or decorations for the Open House Gala.

Provide volunteer support for event set-up and tours.

Share the event with friends and networks to raise awareness.
Phase 8: Ongoing Support & Sustainability
Goal: Ensure long-term operations—resident care, staffing, utilities, and program growth.
How to Give:

Become a monthly donor (“Grace Builder”) to sustain daily operations.

Sponsor a Resident Monthly or Intake Fee

Sponsor a Resident's Intake Package.

Sponsor specific programs (counselling, job readiness, nutrition classes).

Include Grace House in workplace giving, church missions budgets, or planned giving.
